A free 30-minute AI assessment for service businesses
Find out where AI actually pays off.
Thirty minutes inside your operation, then a written map: what to automate, what can wait, and what to skip.
The blue arc is your thirty minutes.
Pick a time
Thirty minutes, on Zoom, free. Prefer a plain phone call? Say so in the booking notes.
Your Zoom link and calendar invite arrive the moment you book.
Built for businesses that run on the phone.
We build AI systems for working service businesses: plumbers, HVAC, dental and vet clinics, law firms, property managers, med spas. Operations where the owner is also the front desk, and a missed call is a job someone else got.
Every engagement starts with this assessment, because we would rather show you where the hours are than pitch you.
Worth your time if
Your leads call, text, or fill out a form, and a person has to get back to them.
You or your office manager are the bottleneck for quotes, scheduling, and callbacks.
You keep hearing you should be using AI and nobody will say where, exactly.
Skip it if
The phone is not ringing yet. AI cannot fix lead flow you do not have.
You want the trade itself automated. We automate the office around the work, not the work.
You already answer every call and follow up every lead. Honestly, keep doing that.
Thirty minutes in. A written map out.

Real open slots on the calendar above. No prep, no forms. We read your reviews and your website before we talk, so the call starts at your business, not at zero.
Walk the operation
How leads arrive, what happens when a call gets missed, how quotes and follow-up work, which tools you already pay for. You talk, we take notes. Nobody shares a slide.

AI Opportunity Assessment
Prepared for Your Business
Your operation on one page: how work arrives, gets booked, quoted, and followed up.
Yardstick: after-hours calls captured per week
The report, in miniature. Yours runs on your numbers.
What lands in your inbox
Your operation on one page, in your words, not consultant-speak.
Every leak we found, costed with the numbers you gave us on the call.
A verdict on each one: turn on now, can wait, or skip, with the first move for each.
A working demo of the top fix, loaded with your business. Call it, chat with it, try to break it.
Your exact price, in writing, plus the yardstick we would both measure a pilot by.
A 15-minute walkthrough call, if you want one. No obligation either way.
Nothing goes live until you've tried to break it.
Every system we build ships as a demo before it ships for real. You call it, ask it something weird, try to trip it up. Only when you sign off does it answer a real customer.
You test it first. Every build arrives as a working demo loaded with your business: your services, your hours, your prices. Nothing touches a customer until you say so.
We run on our own systems. Our research, outreach, and day-to-day operations run on agents we built. This is not resold software with our sticker on it.
The method is practiced. We studied 64 real service operations, their reviews, their websites, their leaks, and built each one a working front desk demo before ever asking for a meeting.
Don't take our word for it.
The agent behind these buttons answers Hourhand's own phone. Ask it what we could build for you, or try to confuse it.
The same system we build for clients.
Fair questions.
The ones owners actually ask before booking. Anything else, email Eric.
What does this cost?
Nothing. The call is free and the report is yours to keep either way. Some owners read it and hire us to build what is in it. That is the business model, and it only works if the report is honest.
Do you build it, or just hand me a list of tools?
We build. Phone agents, quote lines, follow-up systems: the things we recommend are things we already run for businesses like yours. If the report says something is worth doing, it comes with the timeline and the price for your specific case, in writing, before anything starts. And the report is still yours if you take it to somebody else.
If I do want something built, what does that cost?
It gets scoped in your report: an exact number for your case, in writing, before anything starts. Every business needs different pieces, so we price the work after we have seen the operation, not before. The assessment and report stay free either way.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. You never touch the machinery. Whatever we build gets wired into the tools you already use, and the system adapts to how you run the business, not the other way around. Your only jobs are telling us where the time goes and signing off on what we show you. Anything that would need you to become a tech person to keep it running goes on the skip list.
Won't the AI say something wrong to my customers?
You find out before your customers do. Everything ships as a demo first: call it yourself, try to break it, and nothing answers a real customer until you sign off. It also stays on rails. It captures the caller, answers what it knows, and books the visit. It does not invent prices, diagnose problems, or play hero in an emergency.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not really. The booking form asks two things: your business name and what's eating your time right now. That, plus your reviews and your website, is everything we need to show up prepared. Just be somewhere you can talk for thirty minutes.
The report is free either way.
Worst case, you get an honest written map of your operation. Best case, it changes how your business runs.
